About Us

At FOWCOR (Forest and Water Conservation Fund for Climate Resilience), we are on a mission to restore Africa’s landscapes and strengthen the planet’s future. By planting trees across the continent, we tackle climate change head-on, protect vital watersheds, improve water quality, and foster resilient ecosystems.

Our work goes beyond the environment—we plant hope. Every tree we plant helps communities thrive, safeguards water resources, and contributes to a healthier, more sustainable world for generations to come. Together, we are cultivating a greener, more resilient Africa, one tree at a time.

Your Impact Matters
Every donation and every tree planted through FOWCOR takes a giant step toward reversing the effects of global warming and saving our planet. Trees are more than just nature’s guardians—they restore ecosystems, protect watersheds, and improve water quality. For communities across Africa, this means access to clean water, healthier environments, and renewed hope for the future. Together, we can fight climate change, heal the earth, and bring life-giving resources to people who need them most.

Impact on the ground

FOWCOR began its journey in Cameroon, where we planted our very first trees with local communities determined to restore their land and protect their water sources. What started as a small initiative quickly grew into a movement fueled by hope and resilience. Today, we strive to plant one million trees every year across Africa—each one a living symbol of our fight against climate change and our commitment to protecting forests, watersheds, and future generations.
